That is a great question!
Many folks like myself have had their issues with anger.
A red-out is when you lose control of your anger so badly that you don’t remember what you said or did until after you’ve calmed down and can see the damage. Almost identical to a black-out from drinking except you don’t need to be drunk to have one.
